Respite

Bila serabut tahap gaban & demons lurk in the shadows, you know you just hafta hit the pavements.

  Plod on.

With the pounding comes peace.. the sweat, cleansing.. the zikir, acceptance.

And respite is yours, however fleeting.

Workout.
60 min. aerobics/DSA
3k/ neighbourhood route.

i horribly need to go back to klang , of all days today gym close for machine maintenance so i walked the stairs to my room (8 floors) and did a Tiffa ;p) ..( the jumping on the bed hehe) going to kebun bunga if it doesnt rain today .. armed with pepper spray ha ha. i don know the area and the people dont know me LOL

Yup women are more vulnerable to 'unforeseen circumstances' regardless of age so pepper spray is goood lol
